This is an opportunity for you to join the City Gates Staff Team working as City Gates Conference Centre Manager, managing all aspects of City Gates Conference Centre operations and seeking to grow the conference business in line with City Gates strategies and values.
On a day-to-day basis, you will report directly to the Operations Director. This role requires close collaboration with the Lead Pastor. Staff at City Gates are friendly, well-motivated and enthusiastic.
To be successful in the post you will have experience in conference and event management, excellent marketing skills, a good level finance knowledge, a high level of customer service with excellent attention to detail and organisational and administration skills.
It is a genuine occupational requirement for this role to be held by a person who subscribes to City Gates Church and ELIM’s foundational truths.
